Solabia-Algatech Nutrition is launching BioGlena for immune support – a 100 percent natural beta-glucan ingredient from whole Euglena gracilis algae. The ingredient boasts a high beta-glucan content of over 55 percent, in addition to complete proteins, essential vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.
Solabia-Algatech Nutrition has launched a microencapsulated, cold water-dispersible powder containing 2.5% natural astaxanthin. Extracted from Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae by supercritical CO2, the powder disperses in cold water. The formulation is suitable ready-to-mix supplements, drinks, and suspensions, including sport drinks.
A year after acquiring Algatechnologies, in May 2019, Solabia, will promote its nutrition offer under the name of Solabia-Algatech Nutrition.
