Sir Stephen Waley-Cohen, Bt is managing director of a number of theaters in London’s West End and president of the JCA Charitable Foundation. He continues to serve as chair or non-executive director of several companies listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Dr. Shimon Ravid earned his PhD in economics in 1977. He has occupied senior and executive positions in several public and private organizations, including the Jewish Agency, the Agriculture Ministry, Koor industrial concern, Bank Hapoalim, and until October 2001, Bank Otzar Ha-hayal (a subsidiary bank in the Hapoalim Group) as Chair of its Board of Directors.

Peter Lawrence is the founder and chair of Lawrence PLC, an AIM-traded company that specializes in animal health and animal feed products, pet care, fish treatments, and specialty chemicals. Lawrence is a graduate of Imperial College, London, with degrees in chemical engineering, operations research, and management sciences. He joined SG Warburg & Co. merchant banking group and worked in corporate finance before starting his own company in 1972. Lawrence has built up and sold businesses in specialty minerals, lubricants, surface coatings, and pet wholesale. Lawrence currently serves as director of various companies.
